“Justin at the seaboard lane location is the best of the best, he is exceptional, extremely knowledgeable, and very professional! He has been calling daily with updates as my car repair comes along, this has been a very stressful situation for me but Justin totally puts my mind at ease. I am confident he will make sure my car is perfect! He’s comforting, easy to talk to, and explains everything in detail. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car, plus he truly cares about his customers and is not in it for the money! Thank you Justin!!!”
“Incredible service at AW Collision! I had a scuff down the side of my car from another driver and they buffed it out in less than 5 minutes. Amazing customer service!”

“I had such a great experience with Brown's Body Shop in Franklin. I needed some work done on my Range Rover Velar and worked with Jeffrey, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He put together a reasonable, affordable quote, went above and beyond to help me, and the quality of the work was excellent.
What I appreciated most was that I never felt like just another paycheck. They genuinely cared about doing a great job and making sure the problem was taken care of and they did exactly that. The customer service is truly five stars!
I also had an issue with my door lock getting jammed, and once again, Jeffrey went out of his way to help me get it figured out.
I highly recommend Jeffrey and the team at Brown's Body Shop. They do excellent work and truly go above and beyond to take care of their customers.”
“My family has been going to Hazelwood’s for our cars since as long as I can remember. They’ve always done a fantastic job with reasonable prices and are very kind. After a recent accident and then a hiccup after, not only did they do a superb job restoring my vehicle after a semi-truck hit me, but they completed it quickly. Thank you Dale Hazelwood, Brandon, and team!”

“I had a nightmare situation where I was t-boned by a Walmart delivery truck, causing $17k worth of damage to my brand new car that I paid cash for. I was incredibly stressed and wanted to make sure I took my car somewhere that would care about it as much as I did. Malaurie was a total legend at the front desk and immediately put me at ease, before handing me off to Christian Lopez who went WAY above and beyond. He was consistently honorable, straight forward, and transparent. Walmart was absolutely brutal to deal with but Christian helped navigate it smoothly.
I don't wish this situation on anyone but if I had to go through it....I'm glad it was with Cool Spring Collision. Highly recommended.”
