“I took at trip to Nashville for Spring Break and originally booked my rental car from Hertz. Long story short they completely butchered my booking and ultimately wouldn’t let me get my rental car. Panicked and not wanting to pay an arm and a leg for a rental car the day of I went to the enterprise counter. I can’t tell you how how helpful and easy it was for them to set me up with a perfect rental car for the week and absolutely did their best to get the price as similar to Hertz as possible. It easy fast easy and the two ladies who helped me Julia and Neyasha were the nicest and most polite people I could’ve hoped for. They single handily made my day and my trip stress free. I will never book with Hertz again and thanks to Julia and Neyasha Enterprise earned a customer for life.”
“I had a prior rental reserved through a different company that fell through and I immediately needed a car to travel for a family emergency. I showed up to enterprise within 10 minutes of their closing time due to this last minute fall -through- and since I have already rented with enterprise before- it was the quickest process ever and the enterprise agents treated me with respect and were very friendly and willing to take care of me even though they were closing within 10 mins.
The rental agent had me in and out of there within 10 minutes with a rental car that met my needs- and worked with me based on the conditions I needed, a car for the least amount for one day, that I requested to drop off in the state I was traveling to, which worked out perfectly with no issues.
When I dropped the car off in the state I had traveled to, I dropped off one day late due to my family member passing away so I was unable to drop off one the day I was expected to, and I was charged the same amount for the first day as the second day, (no surprise and thankful there were no late fees or penalties) filled the gas tank over the “half way” mark which was the amount I got the rental car on- and because the gas was filled to the 3/4 marker when I returned it- the enterprise agent(upon return) refunded me a fair price for the money for the extra gas- I was not expecting that but I thought that was honorable and very reasonable.
Overall great experience with enterprise not only this time, but any time I rent with them.
They really helped me when I had a lot of stress going on during my travel to see my declining family member before they passed away, and I truly am thankful that enterprise was able to get me in and out for the rental process so quickly- and effortlessly.
Very professionally and I am very happy with their customer service.

I drove to the nearest Enterprise - this location - and Andrew immediately got me in a vehicle that was available at this location. Enterprise in Cool Springs was a life saver. Thank you team for helping me out in a pinch. Never use Budget or Avis - especially the one at the Embassy Suites.”

I recently rented a 15-passenger Ford Transit van from Bandago for a family trip to Destin, Florida. I was about 20 minutes late picking up the vehicle due to traffic in Nashville, but was warmly greeted by a young lady who had been working hard outside in the heat cleaning other vehicles. Even so, she was kind, professional, and quick to help. She did a thorough inspection, gave me all the information I needed, and made sure I was able to leave promptly. Her customer service truly stood out.
The van drove perfectly — smooth, spacious, and reliable. It helped me give my family a touch of a luxury experience where everyone could just sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride. We all work hard, and having a vehicle that could comfortably fit us all without stress made a huge difference. Bandago is definitely on to something when it comes to offering passenger transit vans like this — it really elevated the trip.
The only issue I ran into was after returning the van. I accidentally left my personal cell phone holder behind. I contacted someone the following Monday and was told it could be left outside for me to pick up. Unfortunately, after driving back out there, the item wasn’t there, and I haven’t received a response to my follow-up texts. While this won’t stop me from renting from them again, better communication would definitely improve the overall experience — especially when it comes to retrieving lost items.
Overall, Bandago delivered a great rental experience, and I’ll definitely prioritize them for future family trips.”

“Had a good experience while test driving. Not much wiggle room on pricing. Also, have not had follow through on set up of promised "work owed". I have reached out twice in two weeks with no return contact. Once about an additional vehicle issue found within the first full day of driving and once regarding the work owed. Good selection and nice facility. Very pushy on additional warranty coverage, but worked with me on getting payments closer to budgeted amount during financing.”
