“Wes at the Baker Bridge location was very professional and courteous and knowledgeable about the cars in their fleet. The whole process was very quick, easy and painless, and I Was pulling out of the parking lot with the vehicle within 15 minutes of arriving there.”
“The only reason I'm giving five stars to this place is because of one associate at the Columbia Avenue branch: Van. My husband and I came in at our appointed time to pick up a mid-size SUV only to find them trying to push us into a minivan. It turns out they didn't actually have any midsize SUVs at the location at the time even though we had reserved one far in advance. We didn't feel comfortable with the size of the minivan, which was too large for us to drive comfortably. Unfortunately we ended up waiting over an HOUR for them to get a mid-size in. The icing on the cake is when the midsize got in, nobody actually told us it was there! Van was literally the only person to check on us, figure out the car was there and walk us through the rest of the process. We had lots of questions about the features of the car because it was newer model, which he patiently answered. And when we noted that the car didn't have a lightning charger he literally walked across the street to the gas station to buy a cord for us! You can't ask for better service than that and I hope he gets all the credit he's due because he was the only bright spot in the whole debacle.”

“Had a good experience while test driving. Not much wiggle room on pricing. Also, have not had follow through on set up of promised "work owed". I have reached out twice in two weeks with no return contact. Once about an additional vehicle issue found within the first full day of driving and once regarding the work owed. Good selection and nice facility. Very pushy on additional warranty coverage, but worked with me on getting payments closer to budgeted amount during financing.”

“Lots of negative reviews about this place and I wanted to put in my two cents. I’ve rented from this location 4-5 times and never had any issues. There was one time they didn’t have a car in the vehicle class I’d requested and they were courteous enough to call me in advance and let me know. The employees have always been nice and courteous as well.”
