“Communicated very clearly and thoroughly throughout the process, when my initial problem turned out to be much bigger than I expected, listened to hear what I wanted first and foremost and was open to all options”

“Rachel went above and beyond to help me with a series of issues connected to switching MACs. She spent a lot of time uploading and downloading and backing up my data, as well as repairing and reconfiguring an older hard drive so I didn't need to buy a new one. And the cost of service was exactly the original quote even though I'm sure it took more time than she imagined. Now my challenge is to understand how to operate the new MAC:). I'm 71 and a 30-year Microsoft user so a lot of the explanations went over my head but I can attest that Rachel is very knowledgable. I think she would be especially effective with folks who are looking to maximize space, increase operation speed and fully utilize their machines.”
“When we opened our restaurant 11 years ago we made a commitment to using local businesses for as many of our operational needs as possible. Our decision to use DCR for our point of sale system needs turned out to be one of the best decisions we could have made. The customized and personalized service that we have received for over a decade has been paramount to our success. We cannot say enough kind words about the service and value we get from DCR!”

“Jason owner of Chile Burrito. We had a system where it kept disconnecting. It wasn’t easy. Old building old wiring etc. And yes my old outdated system. Ha. Toby and Thurman diligently figured out the issues and the solutions. Man we got it in. Talk about smooth and fast. Yes I still have part of my older system. But they got the CC terminal to integrate in with it perfectly. No disconnecting during lunch with a line to the door. No rebooting. Fantastic. Really appreciate them. Been with them for 25 years.”
“I'm leaving this review because this man was with his Granddaughter picked up his phone and proceeded to help me despite that. Very knowledgeable and kind owner was even willing to talk and troubleshoot a little over the phone.”
“Run don’t walk. They are the best. I’ve used them twice in the last year. Once to replace a laptop battery and then to help reboot a stuck desktop. They are very professional and friendly. In addition they are FAST and their prices are extremely reasonable. Thank you!”
“Cant say enough positive things about Denise and the fella that helped me buy a new phone today. He normally is in the back doing operations-Wish I could remember his name but he was fantastic to work with. Thank you both for a pleasent experience!”
“I have to say I was really worried about this visit. It was specifically about a battery. My experience was reasonably good considering all the reviews were one star. So here's some if helpful ideas if you want a five-star experience. Number one read ahead of time how to prepare your phone. There's multiple things you need to do ahead of time such as update to software. Stop find my phone and be sure none of the egregious apps are running in the background. Number two go to the store during off hours. Such as early in the morning. Whatever you do it don't go on a busy day. Number three. Introduce yourself to the Apple person and be sure to ask for their name. I specific where it was dealing with Lou and Caleb. Prepare yourself. They basically assume you're an idiot and ask all kinds of crazy quick questions. Be sure you ask them if the part you're interested in is in stock. If it's not in stock, don't leave your phone. Next. They'll give you a time to come back. If it's 1 and 1/2 hours, come back in 3 hours. When you come back they'll escort it to a seat and tell you to wait a while. Don't sit down, stand there and continue to ask when someone will help you. Next, if you're lucky, someone will bring out your phone. Take your $90 and you will leave happy. Good luck. My experience with Lou and Caleb was excellent.”
“Great customer service!! I was made aware the 2guys that helped us wasn't even scheduled to be there today. They both went over and beyond to help us,and at one point it was an item we had to inquire about with the Mgr and he as well was very pleasant and helpful,an item was placed on the wrong peg and because of that he gave us the price it was hanging on which was a lower price. They made sure our cases fit our phone, made sure there was no air bubbles in our screen saver, just overall A1 service.”
“Gunner at the geek squad was incredibly helpful! My laptop stopped working and he was able to get get my data transferred to a flash drive before sending my laptop off to be fixed. I was so stressed out but by the time I left I felt like the situation was under control. Gunner was polite, kind, efficient, and great at customer service.”
