“Rachel went above and beyond to help me with a series of issues connected to switching MACs. She spent a lot of time uploading and downloading and backing up my data, as well as repairing and reconfiguring an older hard drive so I didn't need to buy a new one. And the cost of service was exactly the original quote even though I'm sure it took more time than she imagined. Now my challenge is to understand how to operate the new MAC:). I'm 71 and a 30-year Microsoft user so a lot of the explanations went over my head but I can attest that Rachel is very knowledgable. I think she would be especially effective with folks who are looking to maximize space, increase operation speed and fully utilize their machines.”

“Jason owner of Chile Burrito. We had a system where it kept disconnecting. It wasn’t easy. Old building old wiring etc. And yes my old outdated system. Ha. Toby and Thurman diligently figured out the issues and the solutions. Man we got it in. Talk about smooth and fast. Yes I still have part of my older system. But they got the CC terminal to integrate in with it perfectly. No disconnecting during lunch with a line to the door. No rebooting. Fantastic. Really appreciate them. Been with them for 25 years.”

I was made aware the 2guys that helped us wasn't even scheduled to be there today.They both went over and beyond to help us,and at one point it was an item we had to inquire about with the Mgr and he as well was very pleasant and helpful,an item was placed on the wrong peg and because of that he gave us the price it was hanging on which was a lower price.They made sure our cases fit our phone, made sure there was no air bubbles in our screen saver,just overall A1 service.”

“Went in with a Mac that had a busted stand and would not attach securely. They were honest and told me to properly fix it would not be worth it because it would involve taking the whole screen apart unfortunately, but then offered me practical DIY solutions, recommending a specific plastic welder cream that could be gotten for cheap that will secure the computer against the stand. I appreciated their honesty and knowledge in helping me fix my computer even when there wasn’t a sale on it for them. They ended up even finding some extra welder they had and sold it to me for cheap. Thank you guys!!”
