“Went here many different times although my last experience was extremely negative. One of the managers insulted me and called me out on buying too many products. It was very confusing and alarming as it seemed to be a case of mistaken identity as I don't frequent the store or buy many of anything. They accused me of buying too many pokémon cards of which I've never bought. I'm not sure how that would even be relevant or issue anyways if it were true. I have a subscription with them and my transaction history is clear so very much verifiable on the few things I do purchase. It was with me and my girlfriend as well as a gentleman that was in the store with his son. Truly embarrassing and I will not return. This was a manager from my understanding. There was another worker that witnessed it that could corroborate I'm sure.”

“Had a great experience with t mobile team of Jae/Trooper. They helped with switch from AT&T and took care of all aspects. They guided throughout the process. Highly recommend this place (instead of visiting their experience store and waiting for hours and having nobody care for you). Also T-mobile has best online customer support for all kinds of issues.”

“Great shopping experience. The store was clean, well organized, and easy to navigate. The staff was friendly, checkout was quick, and everything I needed was in stock. As a local business owner with Kickscope Marketing, I always appreciate businesses that clearly care about customer experience. I’ll definitely be back 😉”

“I own and operate T's Taxi Service. I had two taxi customers wanting iPhone 18 Pro Max phones. We had gone to the Apple Store downtown and to The Mall of Green Hills and had no luck purchasing the phones. Both taxi customers are both happy to have gotten their iPhone 18 Pro Max at Apple CoolSprings Galleria. They bought two phones!”
