“Amazing customer service, as cricket customer the lady Honan got a good customer service, I'd a great experience with her, I'd recommend this store good business 😀”
“Mike was excellent. I had no idea and felt like I was way over my head on dealing with my video wall i was trying to create (4 TV’s), and he walked me through the whole process and was amazing to work with. Best AV specialist in town by far”
“Had a great experience with t mobile team of Jae/Trooper. They helped with switch from AT&T and took care of all aspects. They guided throughout the process. Highly recommend this place (instead of visiting their experience store and waiting for hours and having nobody care for you). Also T-mobile has best online customer support for all kinds of issues.”
“You can get wonderful service and the selection is fantastic and the value. Wow I just love the shopping here.. You can get at Starbucks coffee, and you can still shop it is great. You should hear the gremlin sing. it was so cute. Omg sounded like gizmo.”
“Great shopping experience. The store was clean, well organized, and easy to navigate. The staff was friendly, checkout was quick, and everything I needed was in stock. As a local business owner with Kickscope Marketing, I always appreciate businesses that clearly care about customer experience. I’ll definitely be back 😉”

“I have to say I was really worried about this visit. It was specifically about a battery. My experience was reasonably good considering all the reviews were one star. So here's some if helpful ideas if you want a five-star experience. Number one read ahead of time how to prepare your phone. There's multiple things you need to do ahead of time such as update to software. Stop find my phone and be sure none of the egregious apps are running in the background. Number two go to the store during off hours. Such as early in the morning. Whatever you do it don't go on a busy day. Number three. Introduce yourself to the Apple person and be sure to ask for their name. I specific where it was dealing with Lou and Caleb. Prepare yourself. They basically assume you're an idiot and ask all kinds of crazy quick questions. Be sure you ask them if the part you're interested in is in stock. If it's not in stock, don't leave your phone. Next. They'll give you a time to come back. If it's 1 and 1/2 hours, come back in 3 hours. When you come back they'll escort it to a seat and tell you to wait a while. Don't sit down, stand there and continue to ask when someone will help you. Next, if you're lucky, someone will bring out your phone. Take your $90 and you will leave happy. Good luck. My experience with Lou and Caleb was excellent.”
“Went here many different times although my last experience was extremely negative. One of the managers insulted me and called me out on buying too many products. It was very confusing and alarming as it seemed to be a case of mistaken identity as I don't frequent the store or buy many of anything. They accused me of buying too many pokémon cards of which I've never bought. I'm not sure how that would even be relevant or issue anyways if it were true. I have a subscription with them and my transaction history is clear so very much verifiable on the few things I do purchase. It was with me and my girlfriend as well as a gentleman that was in the store with his son. Truly embarrassing and I will not return. This was a manager from my understanding. There was another worker that witnessed it that could corroborate I'm sure.”
“I was helped by a gentleman named Kevin I had gotten a virus on my phone and he didn't make me feel stupid and proceeded to fix my phone walk me to the door and say have a nice day that's customer service”

“I’ve been coming here for 3 years ive seen many mangers come and go ive seen this store at it’s worst and best but one thing it doesn’t seem to loose is the commitment and enthusiasm of their long time workers this store has to be my favorite stop due to the amount of progress that has been made”
“Had a very pleasant experience with Esric at the Franklin Electronic Express in Cool Springs. The cooktop fit perfectly. Thank you Esric for making our experience so very positive. Happy Holidays!”
