“I recently purchased a new satellite phone last minute before camping remotely and needed it activated ASAP vs the normal 48 hrs it could take. I have a 91 yr old mother I take care of, and needed to be available 24/7 when my family takes over when I travel. I called Outfitter Satellite, was quickly connected to Lundy. I was on my way, 4 hrs, from our remote camping. Lundy heard me out and pulled strings to get my phone activated ASAP. He sent me a text, following up to let me know the phone was active, and he walked me through making sure the SIM card was positioned properly in the phone. My trip was a success because of Lundy. Outfitter; please give him a raise, you don’t want to lose a guy like him.”

“The inclement weather delayed things for myself and rent a center but word is bond and they honored their word. Ms. Quannie and Mr. Jamal received at least 20 calls from me and didn’t get frustrated with me at any time. I’m very appreciative of that because I know how exhausting that can be. Also, the delivery guys were very chill and made conversation; in which, made the delivery seamless. “Best wireless service for the money. Your bill is always the same month in month out. Understanding and helpfull staff. Here is a hint when you go there, ask for the ACP program and see if you qualify. If you do qualify the program will pay $30 dollors off your bill but you have to ask ;)”

“Went in with a Mac that had a busted stand and would not attach securely. They were honest and told me to properly fix it would not be worth it because it would involve taking the whole screen apart unfortunately, but then offered me practical DIY solutions, recommending a specific plastic welder cream that could be gotten for cheap that will secure the computer against the stand. I appreciated their honesty and knowledge in helping me fix my computer even when there wasn’t a sale on it for them. They ended up even finding some extra welder they had and sold it to me for cheap. Thank you guys!!”
