The first young man was very helpful with assisting her find the product.This store didn't have it so a customer suggested wood glue for our problem. Another employee which was a young lady took her to that department. So my wife is telling me while deciding what kind to buy, a young man was helping another customer and she asked him what kind did he suggest. He knew exactly what the problem was with our door and gave her the kind he said he has used. She said all was helpful but Josh was all about helping. Told her exactly what to do when she got home and it worked well.. Thanks Josh because she was about to drive me crazy!!”

One actually said hello, and the person at check out assisted with the transaction pad function. It’s rare to find persons so willing to help but obviously management at this store place a priority on customer service.”

“Had the below 20 degree washer fluid and other items I was looking for Customer service was great well as the self check out lady who helped me get signed in since I had left my card at home.Only bad experience was the parking for Handicap was icy all the other spots where pretty good I put my cain down to get up it slipped on the icy spit but did not fall to the ground.in their defense it was very cold and hardly anything was melting the ice .”
