“We lost power at our home due to the ice storm so we decided to book a hotel for a few nights. We ended up loving our stay at the SpringHill Suites in Brentwood! The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious. Our room had two queen beds and a full-length sofa with a trundle under it. Our family of four slept comfortably (the rooms could easily fit more kids if needed). The hotel has all the amenities you would need. There's a fitness center, an indoor pool, and a bar that serves food / drinks in the evenings. Also, the free breakfast was a plus! There were so many options and my kids especially loved the waffle maker. Nearby are lots of restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and it's in a safe neighborhood. Highly recommend staying here!”

“We hunkered down at this hotel during the ice storm of 2026 and I can’t say enough about the staff who were there with us. A day before the storm, they all left their families and moved into the hotel and were with us the whole time and brought only positive energy. From the manager taking our reservation over the phone because their systems were down to allowing everyone to bring their pets to a hotel which is normally not pet friendly, they were truly a lifesaver for all of us. The location of this hotel is perfect with easy access to a Target and other retail, best Asian food in town at Fulins oh and there’s a Waffle House across the street. Don’t stay downtown and pay $500 a night. Stay here for much less and you’re a 15 minute ride into town.”

“I cannot even begin to thank the management team at Brentwood Suites Nashville for the hard work and dedication they have put into making guests feel welcome during the winter ice storm in January 2026. They have been beyond accommodating, helpful and friendly even though the hotel is at max capacity and everyone is frustrated and exhausted by the situation. The hotel is just a basic hotel, but the staff make it feel like a 5 star home. Thank you so much.”
“I liked it. Great value. Biscuits are good. Bring yer own mustard for dem biscuits. No french fried pataters. Breakfast is just OK. But all good for the value. Good location to go to Broadway, Gulch, Gaylord, Opryland/mills.”
“I loved Sonya the receptionist, who shared the same excitement as me about Shabu Shabu the restaurant. Checked and out for a one night for work. Quiet, close by to many restaurants, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for a hotel. I thought this place had complementary breakfast but it does not. The gym is really spacious, so I greatly appreciated it.”

“I Absolutely Love This Sheraton!! The rooms are recently renovated and they are absolutely gorgeous! There was Gentelman that checked us in and he was Super Awesome. He is from Mississippi, I truly enjoyed his kindness, and him making me feel special. He even said "Thank You for Being A Gold Elite Member. Loved his hospitality!!! I will revisit this Sheraton again really soon!!!Rooms: Updated they are beautiful!”

“The outlets that weren’t in use didn’t work. My phone charger cube didn’t work in any of the available outlets so luckily there were two USB outlets that did work. The breakfast was good but the room was really crowded and uncomfortable.
Nearby activities: Shopping and dining close by car.
Safety: Felt completely safe.
Walkability: Only to Wendy’s up the hill.
Food and drinks: There was a soda machine that took credit cards but the snack machine only took ones and I only had $20s”

“Its good for the price but sometimes there isn’t hot enough water and the dishwasher didn’t work. They replaced the drain motor but it still doesn’t drain. They said they would order more motors a week ago but still waiting.
The personnel were all very helpful and courteous to the utmost, but the place needs better appliance care.”

“This was our first time visiting Tennessee, and we had such a wonderful experience. Sleep Inn played a big part in making our trip memorable.
From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the room was exceptionally clean and smelled fresh. The hot breakfast was delicious, and the freshly made waffles were a great touch that we really enjoyed.
We truly appreciated the comfort and hospitality we received. I highly recommend Sleep Inn and would definitely stay here again.”

“Rooms were ready for an early check in. They had a few imperfections, to be expected, but very clean. Ceiling fan was a bonus even though the light was dim. Good breakfast, watch where you sit, if those ceiling fans are on, food gets cold fast.”

“Positives: The hotel is older but the room was very clean. The front desk was friendly. Nice amenities. No cost for parking and the lot was well lit.
Negatives: Cold water in the shower all morning. two tvs in the suite but only one remote was available. could not locate the other remote but front desk indicated there should have been 2 in the suite. Also, the front desk informed me at check-in that I could change my payment card at checkout after I asked if that was an option. However, at check-out the next day, I was told that I was already charged when I checked-in. It is not clear why the front desk would tell me one thing and then a different person would tell me something else the next day.”

“It's not the best Holiday Inn Express by no means. The fitness room was just 3 exercise bikes and a pair of 2.5lb hand weights. Breakfast wasn't as good as any other Holiday Inn Express. Staffs friendly tho. Location is off in the back off a tiny access road. We should have stayed at Berry Farms or Opry Mills Holiday Inn Express. This 1 was a bit disappointing.”
