“Very nice and clean hotel with USB & plugs anywhere you need them. We had 2 rooms and both were perfect and comfortable. The highlight of this hotel is the staff. I'm a Hilton Diamond member and I was treated like I was at a Conrad or Waldorf Astoria. The staff exceeded my expectations. All were genuinely friendly & professional.”

“Amazing service didn't have to beg for towels they came and clean all the rooms plus vacuum. The best thing out of all one of the sanitary customer service lady help me and my 81 year old mom get my daughter in her wheelchair for a doctor appointment just awesome ? tomorrow I will have to check out but not ready. The only issue is loud families who don't teach their children respect for others but the children are just happy to be away so I understand just teach to not run and slam ?.”

“Don't stay downtown the prices are insane you can park for 35 a day at the omni hotel valet and spend 150 on this room or 350 a day at the downtown hotels and again pay for parking! The money you save can get you a stetson and ostrich boots, wife too! They feed you breakfast saves 25, dinner Monday to Wednesday saves 50 that's another 75! But if your going to drink yourself blind then save the lawyers for driving drunk and walk from your 350 a night hotel.”

“I love everything about this place, but especially the people that work here. Big shout out to Arianna at the front desk - she's the icing on the cake. My new go-to in Franklin!”

“The gentleman behind the desk was very pleasant and let us know he was upgrading our room without us asking for an upgrade. It was deeply appreciated, and the room was excellent. We didn't get his name but would like to thank him again for the upgrade. And the advice on traffic in Nashville. We were there on Monday, January 26.Nearby activities: Pizza Twist was nearby and their food was excellent.”

“The rooms look exactly as depicted in their photos - I didn't take any, I forgot to. I had two issues when we first got in our room, first, there was a small cockoach in the toilet taking a swim, scrambling for it's life and another one on the shower wall - I killed and flushed both that I saw.. but we all know, where there's one there's a thousand more that you don't see. My second issue was the pungent overwhelming stench of body odor (not armpit) grease/oil/scent, and it was so bad that it overwhelmed my senses to the point it gave me a lump in my throat, and I won't stay here again. Too bad too, because the room was nice, but the stench 100% ruined it. The location is very odd also, it's behind smoothie king and next to candlewood suites, and you almost don't notice the sign from the street because it's small and underneath the candlewood suites sign, which speaking of the street, it is obnoxious beyond words! Traffic is horrendous, and you can't make a left into the facility so you have to go across the freeway, turn on a side street, turn around in the kia dealership, wait for a light because traffic is obnoxious, then sit at two more lights in traffic just to get onto the right side of the street so you can turn into the driveway - 15 minutes past the first time you drove past the driveway initially! - The location sucks in that sense, but it was rather quiet because its behind another building (smoothie king). The customer service was excellent when I called the office and when I checked in. Pet friendly, and pet fee very reasonable, $10. Too bad the room had roaches and the awful body stench, I would've considered staying another night had it not.”

“Good stuff: The staff was lovely and very helpful. The location is great. The room was nice and dark and the room temperature was easy to adjust and maintain. The quick breakfast offerings were plentiful and mostly portable, which is very convenient if you're in a hurry. Not good stuff: The elevators seem rickety and have spongy floors. The hallways are not well-insulated from sound, so amorous couples beware - you will be overheard by anyone walking down the hall (unfortunately, that is not an assumption on my part). The mattress in my room was cupped on the sides with a hard mound down the center, which tells me it's well past its replacement age (it was not restful sleep). The water pressure in the shower was really low until I rotated the shower head to center, which then delivered excessive water pressure (there are only two settings - no in-between).So, great staff, great location, great breakfast, but it's not great for a good night's rest.”

“I stayed here for 3 nights. This place was exactly what I expected for the price I paid. When I checked in very late at 1am, I was greeted by a very alert and friendly gentleman. After a very long drive alone , it was very enjoyable talking to this man. We found out that we originally lived just hours from each other in canada. He was super nice. I was sad to not see him working again for the rest of my trip..However ALL the staff were super nice. I was pleasantly surprised. It made my trip more more enjoyable to always see a smiling friendly face when I walked past the front desk..They were very accommodating when I slept in the day of check out also. The only downfall I have of this place is there is no restaurant so I was pretty darn hungry alot. But there was a fridge and microwave which helped. And the other downfall was the wall are very thin. I listened to a woman with the worst cackle laugh for 4 hours.. Worst night sleep ever and then I had to drive 27 hours home exhausted. But people being inconsiderate was not the hotels fault. Because of their thin walls though it would been nice if they gave out or sold earplugs. Had I known this I would've brought some with me.Had it not been for the thin walls I would've given this place a 5 stars. Not that it's a 5 star place , but the value and staff made it for me.”
