“Very nice place like most other Drury Hotels! Literally right off I-65 South so it's very easy off easy on location. Breakfast was ready before 6am which as a traveler was so helpful to get on the road earlier. Every staff member was helpful and kind! Generally we don't stay at this Drury as it is so expensive being just south of Nashville. I received a discount code and was able to get the room for less than what it would normally be. We always eat at the 5:30pm kickback. This isn't specifically for this Drury but basically for all of them. They need to update or change their menu. They have had the same menu for years. Granted it does change every night but I am not wild on the food they served last night.
Pork sliders are not for me!

“Nice hotel with a convenient location to Downtown Franklin. A but pricey as are most of the retail places here, but always fun to walk around.
Room was okay. Smelled a bit like urine, no soap or conditioner in the shower (not sure of the shampoo), and the elevator wasn't working, but I'd stay again.”

“First of all, they charge for parking which can be in an adjacent parking garage. The hotel shares a lot with businesses and it can be hard to find a spot. Coffee in the lobby is not available till after 6. Most Marriott ive been to has 24 hour fresh coffee in lobby. The room is impractical. Sliding door to bathroom has huge window that does not block light from bed. Extremely bright, waking up anyone in the bed. Bed was pretty good and shower was phenomenal. Clean as well.”

“We stayed at Staybridge Suites in Franklin during the recent ice storm after losing power at home, and the experience was exceptional. As our first ice storm in the South, it was overwhelming but the team here made us feel safe and genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived.

The front desk and service staff were outstanding. Antonio (Anthony,) from the maintenance team in particular, went above and beyond. When our heater wasn’t working properly, he personally checked on us multiple times. Once he realized there was an issue, he immediately arranged for us to move rooms and even came down to get us when the new room was ready. His professionalism, kindness, and follow-through truly stood out.

The hotel also hosted daily gatherings with complimentary snacks and drinks, which created such a warm sense of community during a stressful time for so many guests.

We stayed three nights and could not have asked for better service. We would absolutely stay here again.”

“4-1/2 stars! The staff was friendly and seemed well-versed in customer service. Breakfast offerings were consistent each morning, with a wide variety. It was nice that there was a table for eight in the dining area (we made up a party of seven). The one-bedroom suite was spacious; bedroom/bathroom 'suite' could be closed off from sitting area. The room is showing some wear, especially in the bathroom. The water in the shower took several minutes to warm up, and had an extremely weak stream on hot (which was needed for warm enough shower).”

“I enjoyed my stay here while traveling for work. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I had to make a last minute change for a room and the staff was incredibly accommodating in making that happen. That kind of service goes a long way in hospitality. I would definitely stay here again!”

“We really enjoyed our stay here with our family. We stayed 2 nights and it was quite restful in general. I enjoyed the room layout - very well thought out spaces for organization & storage - & the cleanliness was top notch.

We had to use a hair clip to keep the blinds closed on the 2nd floor to avoid the street light from coming in. Also, the motorcycle noise next door starts about 8 am and goes on for much of the day. If you enjoy that sort of thing and are an early riser, then, great! We wanted a little more rest.
Overall, I would recommend it despite those things. We didn't try the exercise gym, breakfast, or pool. The facilities looked well maintained & the staff were kind. Hope you enjoy your stay!”

“We are traveling with 3 teen girls so needed connecting rooms. Since Marriott doesn't have this option built into the app, we failed on the way down. I called another local Marriott hotel, and the gentleman was not very helpful. I called this hotel, and Will offered exceptional customer service and got us our connecting rooms. I was warmly greeted at check-in, and I appreciate his friendly, professional attitude. As a gold elite, I tend toward Marriott normally. Staff like Will is a big part of the reason!”

“The in-house bar and restaurant delivered a really good burger and a cold beer, served with a friendly smile.

There was an issue with my room that’s honestly not worth mentioning. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk, I was thanked for bringing it to their attention so they could get it corrected. Trevor made switching rooms incredibly easy, moving me right across the hall with a friendly “yes sir” attitude and no hassle at all.

Even though I wasn’t happy with the first room, the situation was made right quickly and professionally.

I wanted to leave this review because sometimes it’s not about what went wrong—it’s about what went right. The way a problem is handled says a lot about the people and the service, and Trevor and the team handled it exactly the way it should be.”

“Baymont was a good stay. It was very easy to get to and the staff is wonderful. The room was clean and had plenty of the necessary amenities. Breakfast was the typical fare that you’d find. The cost was reasonable.”

“The Quality Inn in Franklin. It’s exactly what it says on the tin, a roadside sanctuary of brick and carpet designed for the transient soul. It’s not trying to change the world, but you know what? It works.
The room is quiet. Deeply, blissfully quiet—the kind of silence you crave after a long stretch on the blacktop. It is, predictably, a bit of a time capsule. The decor has seen better decades, anchored by a piece of framed art that defies explanation: a literal print of just… rocks. Not a majestic canyon, mind you. Just rocks. The air conditioning unit has the soul of an old boxer; it’s slow to get moving, takes its sweet time to drop the temperature, but eventually, it delivers the cold air it promised.
But the real redemption arc happens at sunrise.
Most hotel breakfasts are a depressing purgatory of stale pastries and watered-down juice. Not here. They step up to the plate with a breakfast spread that actually commands respect. We're talking real, honest-to-God hot food: eggs, biscuits, and a proper gravy. Flip over to the continental side, and it’s a sprawling landscape of choices, fully stocked and ready for battle.
Is it high design? No. Is it luxury? Not even close. But it gives you peace, cold air, and a heavy morning meal that prepares you for the road ahead. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Sometimes, that’s all a traveler really needs.”

“This is the nicest Extended Stay I have experienced! I would consider staying here as a more affordable option than Airbnb. Our room was extremely clean, seemingly recently upgraded, and the bed super comfortable. I appreciated that the rooms here open to the outdoors. I also felt more safe at this location than most others.”
