“UPS lost my package, but I can't say enough good things about this store, specifically Ethan. I don't ever write reviews, so the fact that I am says how phenomenal Ethan was. My dad left his medications in Nashville and he called this store to try and figure out how to expedite it to Arkansas. Ethan talked to my dad and I went to the store with the medications. Ethan helped me get it packed with ice packs and was extremely helpful, patient and understanding. When the package didn't arrive (through no fault of his own) he reached out personally to provide me with advice on what steps to take next, all the while engaging management and staying on hold for a long time to try and get some resolution as to what happened to the package. I can't thank you enough Ethan...top notch service!!”

“The Fed Ex agents at the shipping center were very helpful in coordinating how and when I could pick up a package I was notified of the previous day (delivery attempted during the day when I wasn’t available). They contacted the driver, found a time estimate I would need to wait for his return, and actually walked out to my car to hand it to me when it had come back in. They were both very friendly and professional!”
