“This place is amazing! To be honest, most UPS stores have really gotten good at efficiency and customer service. But this location goes above and beyond. They’re friendly and helpful. They’ll open the door for you even if the biggest package in your hand is an envelope. They say thank you about 1000 times. Nothing negative day at all!”

“My husband and I needed a company that had decent insurance and would allow him to come home if I needed him. We like the extra bonus money for staying out 5 weeks and I’m usually good with him being gone like that. We’ve been doing this a long time together. This company is small and realizes that things come up at home that he needs to get back for too. I like that I can talk to them if I have any questions on his settlements as well. This company even provides a 401K for their drivers with a match! A family company is hard to come by these days, they’ve almost all gone out of business. They’ve done right by us and that’s all I can ask for.”

“Had the best experience today with sweet Harrison. I came in with 19 returns and was feeling so bad about taking up so much time. I explained that I live far away and have 3 littles and it’s hard to come into town on a regular basis. He literally said, “Well thank you for choosing us! I’m sure if you live far away there were several other locations you could have stopped in at, so thank you for coming here!” I mean what incredible customer service! Harrison never made me feel rushed and was honestly just a total gem. 10/10 recommend UPS on Mallory Lane and Harrison gets all the stars! ⭐”
