“I would 100% go back here. I went due to low tire warning on my dashboard. I put in some air and headed over. They took the time to check my tire, even took it off and soaked it. Came back and told me nothing wrong and did not charge me. Very honest. I would trust going here and not feel like I was getting ripped off. Fabulous!”

“Overall, everything went well. I researched and ordered tires online and made an appointment for installation. Received reminders for my appointment and was met by an associate upon arrival who had all of the relevant information. The only hangup was a failure to promptly notify me after the tires were installed. I saw my vehicle pulled out of the garage and waited approximately 15 minutes before I asked about it The associate checked, found my car was ready and apologized for the notification delay. No big deal and I will certainly shop at Discount Tire in the future.”

“After visiting 3 local tire shops and calling around for help with purchasing and cutting some tires I finally didn’t get a “sorry we can’t help you.” Service Tire was able to help me! I had a rushed project that I needed done to my tires and without hesitation Kisha started sending me photos and options of different tires to choose from. I went in person after she assured me she could help me out and she delivered. Curtis, Mikey, and John were all very helpful and showed nothing but kindness and patience. They were very knowledgeable and were upfront with pricing and gave me every available option. Kisha even had someone deliver a special tool to get the job done. I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone. Thank yall!!!!”

“If I could give this place 10 stars, I would without any hesitation! My wife's car broke down while she was in Nashville with our 10 y/o son and didn't know what to do. We called them and they stated that they could get it looked at that day, without any issues. They inspected the car, found the issue and relayed ALL information to me up front. With it being later in the day, he advised that we could let the car sit overnight and allow my wife and son to go to hotel to get some rest. The next morning, he provided us with a quote for the service needing to be done. Since the vehicle was still under warranty, he was 100% understanding on us wanting to get the vehicle towed to our dealership and allowed us to use the location while a company came to pick our vehicle up and NEVER tried to push us for payment right away. Worked with us through the ENTIRE process. You don't find Auto Shops like that anymore. If ever broke down in Nashville, would 100% recommend them to complete your needs!”
