I got excellent customer service experience at this branch. The bannker helped me to resolve my issue even after past closing time. I came to this branch after receiving bad customer service from other branch. I was very impressed with their willingness to help me.

I don’t know who the lady’s name was that help me today November 22nd at the front counter but she was very helpful on me getting access to my money because I didn’t have my debit card yet. Thank you so much for helping me.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. I did not know that I needed to set an appointment before coming to this location, so I called and they were able to see me right away. I especially appreciate the precautions that they are taking to keep everything sanitized and clean.
