Came into the branch because of a letter I received in the mail, and I was pleasantly greeted by the branch manager. I was then introduced to Elaine, the banker, who was very helpful and didn’t hesitate to assist me. I truly appreciate the great customer service.

Had trouble with the ATM, so I went inside to get help. Teller was welcoming, listened to my issue and solved it. It was quie a pleasant experience.

I walked in to do a one time wire transfer and Pradeep Kumar provided the most outstanding customer service I've ever received at a Wells Fargo. I wish I lived closer to this branch.
