“What an experience! We stopped by this amazing market after celebrating Christmas with our children. So glad we did! Wonderful food and baking items, the best smelling candles and even picked up a Christmas flag. We will be back they next time we are in the area!”
“UPDATE: Was there on Saturday morning and picked up another brisket. The young lady at the checkout was very pleasant and professional. Brisket was bagged too!! Upgraded to 4.
I always go to this store for meat, especially brisket, because it’s very fresh. But honestly? The cashiers are just not that friendly. Today I went to pick up the roast they have on sale and decided I may as well pick up the brisket ($7.99/lb not on sale) I need for a Sunday baby shower and a few other essentials (even though they are far pricier than other stores). Before the woman at the register (older brunette with a shoulder length bob) began ringing up my order I asked to give my number for their rewards program. She ignored me and began ringing it up. Almost $118 later for 7 items I asked again to give my number for the reward program. She finally responds (because I’m not putting in my debit card until she does) with “our system is down so I can’t do it.” With no solution offered, I said, “well, that’s unfortunate since I just spent over $100!”. Her response was to shrug and in an aggravated voice tell me to bring back my receipt and if their system was up they’d enter it. Unloading my cart I realize she also carelessly packed my groceries—not bagging the brisket (yes, it’s large but there are ways to bag a brisket—if Kroger can do it so can you!!) and putting two half gallons of juice in one flimsy sack.
Do better!!”
“I've pretty much made this store my go to grocery store. Always friendly here and the got everything. My only problem is that if I don't pay attention to some of the items I get, sometimes I'll get some out of date things more frequently than I feel I should.”
“This is a great place to not only get gas, they have an ice cream store they just opened a couple years ago that's pretty convenient. There's also a tackle store. They have bring your own lawn chair music on weekends. Sit around the fire pits and enjoy your picnic dinner. Imagine that, right here in Bon Aqua.”

“I was pleasantly surprised by Lyles! It’s great to have a store nearby that stocks almost anything you might need—it saves a lot of time on those quick trips. The only downside is that the produce is a bit pricey compared to the larger grocery stores in Dickson. I’ll still head into town for my big weekly shopping, but for everything else, this is definitely my new go-to spot. Very convenient”

“I get all my gas there and lottery tickets. I called today to see what the price of gas was so I could tell my son who was on his way home from work. The cashier who answered the phone was very rude to me. He said " gas is the same price it was yesterday, $4.09 ". Then he said " get out of your house ". I am an elderly person with mobility problems. If the cashier had said we don't give out information about pricing over the phone, I would have been satisfied, but his rudeness was very unprofessional and uncalled for. If he doesn't like dealing with people, he shouldn't be working in a position where he comes in contact with lots of people every day. If I was a manager and had someone working for me who was rude to my customers, I would terminate him. It is too bad because this is an otherwise good place to shop.”
“I have shopped here a long time and things have gotten so much better lately but today something awesome happened. The young man working there named Jacob at the Henslee drive location in Dickson Tn made my day . I lost a one hundred dollar bill and came back looking for it and he had found it and gave it back to me ! This is so rare these days this type of honesty and he has renewed my faith in people as well as this establishment!”

“I come for the sandwiches but always see other great items. Let me tell you they have THE BEST garlic bologna sandwiches (although their German bologna is just as good!). Sandwich line is typically long so plan to wait but it is so worth it. Just look around while you wait. I don't drink milk but my nephew says they have really good chocolate milk too! Warning there's a wait but once you taste the sandwiches you'll completely understand!”

“Kelly is the proprietor. Always polite and helpful. Her husband runs their other location on hwy 46 hickman county. Kelly will make an effort to keep your personal favorites in stock on hand for your daily purchases if she is aware of the need. Great folks. Wish they could be open later but pandemic has caused alot of our businesses to have limited hrs.”

“This has become my go-to Dollar General. Everything is well-organized with no clutter. Staff are always busy stocking when they’re not at the register. Like most DGs, it’s mostly a skeleton crew through the day but there doesn’t seem to be a lot of turnover, which tells me the store is well-managed.”

“Like all Dollar Stores n Tennessee. The cashiers didn't have the training to fix the card reader. It was set on Euros which only allowed one checkout line on a crowded day. The one thing I never understood about all Dollar Stores is why they cram so much stuff n such little square footage. It's makes for a messy place. They do so good on profits each year it seems like they could build the Stores bigger. Justa thought”
