They have the best customer service! They made a very very upset person feel better and let me vent. Thank y’all”

She always has a smile, advises on best mail options, treats everyone respectfully, takes time to ensure you are satisfied before moving to next person, and advises how to solve problems encountered with mailing issues. Lisa demeanor, mannerism, and customer service skills should be the model by which other employees within this system emulates.”
“A lot of the complaints i see on here have a lot to do with the rules/regulations of USPS. There is a certain protocol the staff have to abide by. The staff at Riceville Post Office have done an outstanding job. Also have to take into consideration with the constant over flow of 3rd party packages. Which comes with a whole new list of rules and regulation from the actual shipper. Leaving without signatures etc. Keep in mind sometimes you dont know what goes on behind the scene. Thank you for all you do USPS (Riceville) staff.”
“The people there are nice and competent, but the city's population has grow by about 1000% since this place was made. Expect a big line at any of the locations. Hopefully they'll get the funding to keep up someday.”
