“I have purchased 3 vehicle's over the last two years. The sales department is great and always remembers you from one visit to the next. The service department is just the opposite. I was charged a ridiculous amount to have work done. A price is given to you from estimated repair time book. Even if it takes way less to do the work you have to pay the quoted up front price. That is just like any other theft group out there! The mechanics are very good at what they do. The management is the ones taking your money for work not done.
After leaving the Dealership I received a call from Ted Brewer the service department manager. The dealership wanted to make things right with me so I talked it over with Tedd. He made a more fair offer we could agree on. Like I said the sales department is fantastic and always remembers you, the prices are great and I really like my truck and Cadillac. “Great customer service! On my 3rd set of tires since March. Luckily, I bought road hazard and they reminded me I did. They were very knowledgeable about my Subaru AWD. Previously paid $600 for new tires in October. Goodyears. Today, walked out paying $84 for 4 brand new tires. Thank you to Jim for making this happen! They get a bad rap- but not today!”
