“Update - I have updated my rating because MediaServe tech support did respond and quickly resolved the issue after I called their sales line and left a message.
What's going on with MediaServe???? Been a satisfied customer for several years. However we have not been able to access MediaServe services (website, email, etc) for the past three days. Can't access their server to open a support ticket and the published phone number is unattended, so it's useless. As of right now we can't access our email accounts and customer service is nonexistent. Some information on what's going on would be great.”
