“We found our new family auto mechanic! I'm old fashion and miss the days of locally owned business that are honest, dependable, do great work, honest fair pricing, professional, and sincere. Tim and his team are all that! We just moved back to Springfield and our son's 2014 Chevy Silverado needed exhaust work. Since my wife and I share a car we had to rent a car in order for my son to get to work. Explaining this to Tim he understood how badly we needed our son's truck fixed. He pulled a miracle and as soon as the parts came in, he worked tirelessly to get our family back in operation. I was expecting a huge bill but no. The pricing very fair and reasonable and the quality of work is both in highest standards of professionalism and craftsmanship. I didn't realize they do more than exhaust and that gave me comfort knowing I can go to Tim for any future issues with our vehicles. If you have auto issues trust me please, see Tim first. Skip trying to find other chain store shops. I did a bunch of research and getting quotes. Tim delivered and his word is good. He is upfront, honest, and helpful with figuring out the problem. “I’m not one to usually post reviews of places I’ve used, but after my experience with Melendez Auto it was a must. I am in Nashville on a road trip and my engine started acting up, these guys took my car in an hour before close when all other places weren’t picking up the phone and had it back to me in less than 45 minutes. I have never left an auto shop feeling as informed about my car and it’s issues as I did today, everything was clearly shown to me on what needed to be fixed and how it helped the car. Celso (apologies if spelling is off) is hands down the best mechanic I have had the pleasure of working with, insanely informed on the workings of different engines, provided great feedback and made the process very easy.
