“It is hard to find a family owned Tire business. I had new tires put on my car. I had an issue that I thought was a wheel bearing turned out. It was just a stuck caliper . I put the car on a trailer and took it from West Nashville all the way to Springfield that’s how much money I saved by not taking it to a corporation Tire place. they done great work good price . car rides like a new one now.”
“We live in Old Hickory Village, our home was built in 1928 and the windows were origional to the home. To say they were in bad shape was a fantastic understatement!
James and Cody came out and in one day the old windows were out, the rotten wood (in a few of them) was replaced. The next day they came right back and put up the trim, it all looks so wonderful, I can't wait for fall so I can open my windows!
The installers were kind, easy to talk to, efficient and explained everything they were doing. They came when they said they would and left my home clean, not one bit of construction material anywhere.
Springfield glass as a company are easy to work with, keep you informed of every step in the process and all for a price that we could afford.
I can't say enough good about the company as a whole and about James and Cody as installers.

The group of guys working there took a look at our vehicle and came to the conclusion that we didn’t need to replace the brakes and they were just fine. “I very rarely do a review, but when a business provides the amazing level of service that these folks do, they deserve it. The speed and attention to detail that this shop provided is unmatched. Not only was my transmission rebuilt,but the owner also took it upon himself to tighten a rear shock, and fix an exhaust that had rusted through on my 2016 Sierra. ( no extra fees, just pride in their work) I am a customer for life for the simple fact that these folks love what they do, they perform at a pinnacle level, and provide GREAT customer service.”
“Tim was my advisor, but I also was helped by Ruben when it dawned on me that I had a limited lifetime warranty on my 2013 vehicle. He could have said sorry, I'm not your advisor, you need to ask Tim, but Ruben helped me too. Tim was currently helping another customer, so that’s what led me to Ruben.
They were both patient and waited on me to find my VIN number, which I should have already had ready. Tim was made for this job. He was my advisor at Gupton’s last location. I quit coming to Gupton for a while because I enrolled in school, so I was going to the nearest dealership. Tim is very personable, and he explains the diagnosis of your vehicle in terms you can understand. He also let me know he updated my last name without me even having to ask. That’s something that seemed like a bother to the other dealership.
I wanted to add that the other dealership didn't even bother trying to find out why my warranty wasn't coming up in their system. I was told that with my current car problem, I would have to drop my car off, and it would take all day. That’s what led me to call Gupton, and they never told me any of that. My car was fixed under 3 hours, and instead of just under 2K, it cost me my deductible at $100 because of Gupton taking the time to find my warranty on my 2013.
The cashier, Karen, was so friendly and nice. She gave me the internet password so that I could work on my computer while waiting. I know she has worked at the Dodge dealership for years. She has always been a valuable asset.
I was up getting a cup of coffee, and an associate named Bo engaged in conversation with me and helped me with my cup of coffee.
I wish I had gotten the lady’s name who was coming around with a basket full of complementary snacks. That was a nice, thoughtful touch while sitting there waiting.
At one point, I started looking around the showroom as I waited on my car to be repaired. I met this very nice salesman named Mason. We had the same taste when it came to the Challenger. As we talked, I found out I graduated the same year his mother did. I also found out he presently lived in a town where my first job was. When I am ready to buy a new vehicle, it’s going to be from Mason.

“This shop is amazing, fast, and JD and his are honest! I have a car that the A/C has not worked in over a year. The radio in the car was not working for about the same time. I dropped the car off, and in less than a day I received a call letting me know what all the issues were. (There were wires that had been burnt and needed to be replaced. As well as the A/C compressor was shot.) He explained everything in detail and told me all the options. The shop had my car over the weekend and I got it back on Tuesday. I was able to get a great price for the repairs and the service was unmatched. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP! I would take my kids vehicles there to be worked on.”

The store is always spotless when I come in. Always a clean and tidy store when I come in. I would recommend anyone to this station if not for the nice store, maybe just to meet the staff.
