“What an experience! We stopped by this amazing market after celebrating Christmas with our children. So glad we did! Wonderful food and baking items, the best smelling candles and even picked up a Christmas flag. We will be back they next time we are in the area!”

“UPDATE: Was there on Saturday morning and picked up another brisket. The young lady at the checkout was very pleasant and professional. Brisket was bagged too!! Upgraded to 4.

I always go to this store for meat, especially brisket, because it’s very fresh. But honestly? The cashiers are just not that friendly. Today I went to pick up the roast they have on sale and decided I may as well pick up the brisket ($7.99/lb not on sale) I need for a Sunday baby shower and a few other essentials (even though they are far pricier than other stores). Before the woman at the register (older brunette with a shoulder length bob) began ringing up my order I asked to give my number for their rewards program. She ignored me and began ringing it up. Almost $118 later for 7 items I asked again to give my number for the reward program. She finally responds (because I’m not putting in my debit card until she does) with “our system is down so I can’t do it.” With no solution offered, I said, “well, that’s unfortunate since I just spent over $100!”. Her response was to shrug and in an aggravated voice tell me to bring back my receipt and if their system was up they’d enter it. Unloading my cart I realize she also carelessly packed my groceries—not bagging the brisket (yes, it’s large but there are ways to bag a brisket—if Kroger can do it so can you!!) and putting two half gallons of juice in one flimsy sack.

Do better!!”

“The nicest ppl you could hope for in a business. My dad goes there often for gas n is in the hospital. They noticed he hadn't been and was concerned. When I went in to pay the ladies asked about him n gave their best wishes. It's nice to know that they care about their customers in this way Thanks to "THE RIDGE" for caring about Robert Welker.”

“I come for the sandwiches but always see other great items. Let me tell you they have THE BEST garlic bologna sandwiches (although their German bologna is just as good!). Sandwich line is typically long so plan to wait but it is so worth it. Just look around while you wait. I don't drink milk but my nephew says they have really good chocolate milk too! Warning there's a wait but once you taste the sandwiches you'll completely understand!”

“All dollar stores are good to go to but like everything else prices are going up in it I love the French vanilla creamer the dollar store French vanilla but it has went up tremendously in the last few months but I still buy it the people are very friendly and they work hard in there”

“I've been in the store over 20 times the bathrooms are very well kept the shopping aisles are clean stock & things up to date staff is friendly just a great story to shop and a nice place to visit I've returned the a item without my receipt the man was very polite let me change the product for another product of the same caliber if you go in there I think you will enjoy the store employees are friendly and courteous other Dollar general stores should use this one for an example well done”
