“A GREAT experience from Southern Hearth from the very first call to every interaction thereafter. We installed both a inwall wood fireplace/stove and an outdoor fireplace (that share a chase)... they were instrumental in getting the design right for safety and codes. I really enjoyed working with Marty / Tony and team... not only do they really know their stuff, but they're very accommodating with questions and concerns and helped design the right system. We live in Franklin, TN and were not getting the same level of service from local companies... even with extra travel costs they were very reasonable and a great value. Highly recommend reaching out to them.”

“They had to order my part came in in 2 days. We have used them several times for refrigerator parts, dishwasher parts, washer and dryer parts. They usually have everything i need in stock. If they don't have it they can get it. Prices are very reasonably. Friendly service and always helpful. I highly recommend them.”
