Boost's website is messed up, that's the only reason I went to the store. I needed to make a payment, but the website didn't let me log in. If a corporation wants to conduct business through its website, make sure the site actually works

Thanks to Juno for taking the time to explain discrepancies on my account!!!I guess the customer service line employees could use more training. From now on, or as long as I stay with boost, I will only deal with Juno at my neighborhood location.
