“I love Enterprise, everything is up front no hidden fees! They usually get you in and out, the longest I’ve ever had to wait was 30 minutes and that was because they were busy that day but everyone was so professional and polite. They even accommodated me on a rental where I came back early and was charged the full price, but on my next rental I addressed it with the manager and he looked up everything and made it right for me and I appreciated the fact that he made sure I was ok before I left! I would rent from Enterprise with no hesitation and recommend them anytime! Keep doing what you’re doing! Especially the Lee Highway Branch in Chattanooga, Tn I can only hope that you can get the same service at all locations!”
“This was the first time I had ever rented a car. It took me a minute to find the place because it's at the airport and I'm not familiar with where everything is, but once I got there, no issues. The staff was friendly. They could tell I was confused so they approached me, which was a huge help. They explained everything. They were patient with my lack of knowledge. They do send you to a garage with the keys by yourself, BUT they tell you where exactly the spot is and it's on the key. There are several people in the garage that will help you if you get lost. They were patient with me on that too. Also, I'm old school and have a good old fashion car key. Had no idea how to use this push button thing. The showed me how without making me feel inferior in any way. The vehicle was a 2026 Chrysler Pacifica. Very nice, very clean, drove amazing”
“Great experience. We made a reservation 2 weeks ahead of time for fall break. Our Jeep Wagoneer was ready to go. They were courteous and quick at the desk picking it up, and it was an easy drop off one week later in the parking lot. I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews but our experience was excellent.”

“I go to Chattanooga every year and I rent from Budget. This time, 2025, I thought they made an error and sent many emails back and forth to have them check out the complaint. After checking my bank statement, I realized that the error was my own and not Budget's fault at all! So they are still a respectable company to me and I will continue to rent from them! The fact that they got back to me and tried to resolve the problem was excellent on their part. However, one thing they need to improve is their records. They did not have a record of my renting a car from them that day! That is the only thing they need to fix, their record keeping!”

“Since coming to Tennessee for business and doing business with Hertz I must say their service offered to clients like myself is second to none. My first interaction had been with a gentleman by the name of Justin who had been aware of my wife having an emergency at the hospital in a whole another state made it easy and seamless for me get in and get out on the road to get to her by providing not only providing friendly and kind service but very direct and informative of the offers and what they entailed on top of that place me in a ride that is balanced to meet my requirements for the trip on the road all while being so welcoming through and through. My second occurrence due to having to extend the use of the rental I spoke with Jacob who had been just as knowledgeable and fourth coming with the answers to my question while taking care of my needs per my request which definitely helped me out on short notice and finally my last interaction with I believe the lady name is Thaila if that’s how you spell it (sorry in advance) was just as kind and informative on being able to assist me with my needs as requested and did it all with kindness. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with and I’m truly glad that I had the privilege to encounter these wonderful souls whom assisted me along the way. I know things can be a bit hectic especially when your on the go; however, it’s always nice to know and see there are still those not only willing but understanding to life and its modes. I am truly grateful to you all and the services you bring to our community! Thank you!”
