I have talked to Sarah here recently about upgrading consoles. Customer service was immediate and thorough. No gags or gimmicks just answers to most anything you’d like . Only game stop I’d waste money on

Always has friendly staff that knows what's up. Little light on PC peripherals but that's hardly their fault. Still an amazing store and my favorite place to chill in the mall. Make sure you check the clearance bin
