After just one session with her my pain was gone. Starting with an assessment, she provided me with mobility movements to layer in before and after my workouts. “This place has allowed me to get back on my feet and start going back to being healthy. Having someone to guide you along the different workouts, having the heart rate monitoring your status, and the classes only being 50 min is a huge help I'm sure a lot of people could use without having to commit unrealistic amounts of time to working out.
When I started, I couldn't get through a whole class. Now I'm down over 40 lbs, gaining muscle, and going strong. Is a great option if you can afford it and need a more structured workout (especially for beginners)”

This is different...I've been going for several years now. I try to attend at least two classes a week - three or four when my work schedule permits. It's always challenging but never boring.

“I joined Lookout Fitness about 3 months ago. I just moved here from CA, where I had done Crossfit for 7 or 8 years. I am not the stereotypical Crossfitter as I am older, heavier and less athletic. I like Crossfit because I can modify the workout to my level. The coaches however have to be willing to honor each athlete’s level and scale accordingly. The Lookout coaches are so dialed in to that - I can talk to them openly and honestly about my situation without worrying they will think badly of me. With all the athletes, they suggest adjustments as needed. The coaches have impressive depths of knowledge. The vibe is friendly, and friendly-competition. I rate this 12/10.”
“Just 2 weeks in and having great success… stronger, leaner, and starting to enjoy foods my body actually craves. I have a lot of sciatica pain with back and hip problems, but Adam knows how to push me to the limit while still addressing, respecting, and working to heal the structural problems of degenerative discs and so forth. Travis is also hard core. Neither of these guys will let you off the hook. Solid work outs, diet plans, and a no-excuse atmosphere, while still working with legit medical problems, is the recipe for serious change.”

“This is a very nice Workout Anytime Facility. It is in the ? of tourism. It's in a very busy area , with nice apartments, townhomes, grocery stores, and delicious food ?. Enjoy , but be responsible with food , and drinks. If you are a tourist pay attention ?. Remember you guys are not going to be on Vacation forever ?. You might can get a complimentary free pass for a few days. When I worked out here for a little while I received one. The staff is Professional , Friendly, and helpful. You are not under any pressure to join. I took my pass as a compliment Thanks guys ! It is clean , with nice equipment. A few maintenance issues, otherwise very reasonable ?. You can't beat it ! I love the convenience number one . I could go anytime love it . It is never overwhelming crowded . I guess , because of the different schedules. I Love people, but I don't Love crowds ?. This is perfect for most , especially if you are dedicated fitness person.. You don't need the extra attention, motivation, or distraction . I had my own ? personal workout group. We didn't plan it this way . We just happened to have the same people in the facility same time. We all had similar schedules. If this is you go ✅ them out for yourself. I ? Chatt Town Mr. C.”

Despite the Planet Fitness app being completely useless, he was able to help me with my request and even called me back a couple of days later to follow up on it. I have to transfer locations due to move but I’m sad to leave this location. Clean and hospitable. PF corporate, do better with your online services though.”
