I got scammed here. And the customer service is really really bad. There was a very rude lady in the customer service. They will not refund you the $200, and the lady who I worked with was so rude

We had reserved a low price car for 437$, but the cashier would force us to add an insurance (said to be included initially) to reach a 900 $ fare… so bad we went to AVIS and paid 447$ insurance included.
