“It's Christmas Eve and my sister-in-law, who loves Christmas more than anyone I know, is very sick and unable to be around family for the holiday. While I had already sent gifts ahead of today, I wanted to send her a little something to cheer her up: enter Sophie's. I've been following Sophie's on Instagram for a long time and have seen the super cute floral gifts they have so decided to order one for local delivery since I live in another state. I placed the order online and within a few minutes I received a call from Sophie's that they had received my order. They let me know that they had sold out of something in the gift I ordered and asked if I would like to swap it for something else, which was fine with me. I really appreciated the transparency and the super quick call. Barely an hour later, I got a text from my brother that the flowers and candle box had already arrived. How is that for amazing customer service?? Shortly after I received a text from my sister-in-law with this pic. Isn't it so cute?! It did not fit in my car. Though I do not think they offer delivery normally, she was so sweet she ended up delivering it and helping me carry it into my own apartment. Delivery fee was $15.
A lot more selection at fair prices.
