“It's Christmas Eve and my sister-in-law, who loves Christmas more than anyone I know, is very sick and unable to be around family for the holiday. While I had already sent gifts ahead of today, I wanted to send her a little something to cheer her up: enter Sophie's. I've been following Sophie's on Instagram for a long time and have seen the super cute floral gifts they have so decided to order one for local delivery since I live in another state. I placed the order online and within a few minutes I received a call from Sophie's that they had received my order. They let me know that they had sold out of something in the gift I ordered and asked if I would like to swap it for something else, which was fine with me. I really appreciated the transparency and the super quick call. Barely an hour later, I got a text from my brother that the flowers and candle box had already arrived. How is that for amazing customer service?? Shortly after I received a text from my sister-in-law with this pic. Isn't it so cute?! Thank you Sophie's for your amazing customer service and super cute gifts!!”

“We had a great experience when shopping for furniture at Bassett in Chattanooga. While in the looking around phase, we shopped at at least three other companies, none of them provided the experience that Don at Bassett provided us. Don was extremely knowledgeable about his products and helpful throughout our decision making. He patiently spent a few hours with us over a couple of visits and designed our room for us. He took the time to show us what makes Bassett better, how we could customize it to meet our needs, and even poured coffee and soda on the fabrics to show us how easily they were cleaned. Overall we would definitely purchase Bassett furniture again - we're very happy with the form, the quality, and how it fits into our living room and lives. But honestly, Don made this experience special!”

It did not fit in my car. Though I do not think they offer delivery normally, she was so sweet she ended up delivering it and helping me carry it into my own apartment. Delivery fee was $15.
