“My wife was looking at stationery items. They didn't have a huge selection, but it was not bad either. There were plenty of other Japanese products available. She stated the store was very clean and cute. The associate that helped her was not pushy in her selling and actually could have done more in the way of making helpful suggestions. My wife ended buying a few small item, one being a Pilot Kakuno fountain pen. It would have been nice if the sales associate had suggested extra ink and a converter possibly. But, all in all, my wife enjoyed the store and the experience and stated that she would definitely not hesitate to shop there again.”

“We had a great experience when shopping for furniture at Bassett in Chattanooga. While in the looking around phase, we shopped at at least three other companies, none of them provided the experience that Don at Bassett provided us. Don was extremely knowledgeable about his products and helpful throughout our decision making. He patiently spent a few hours with us over a couple of visits and designed our room for us. He took the time to show us what makes Bassett better, how we could customize it to meet our needs, and even poured coffee and soda on the fabrics to show us how easily they were cleaned. Overall we would definitely purchase Bassett furniture again - we're very happy with the form, the quality, and how it fits into our living room and lives. But honestly, Don made this experience special!”

A beautiful store with treasures everywhere and some of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting!”

“I called ahead to give specifics of what I needed in a recliner. I needed one for extra tall people and extra wide, and I asked if they had them in stock and if they could deliver them within a week or two, got all of that taken care of over the phone so when I walked into the store, the three that they had that met my criteria were waiting for me right next to each other. . I sat in each of the three I chose the third one ( Anyone else thinking of the story, Goldilocks lol ) So I wasn't in the store very long and it was awesome because they have a lot of recliners to choose from. But by talking on the phone, I got all of the legwork out of the way. Very nice to be able to talk to somebody on the phone in today's world”

“I’m in love with this store! Of course, all World Markets have amazing products…but THIS store has Dara, the manager, and a store full of amazing helpers who put up with my indecision over which table and chairs to buy. They pulled chair after chair out for us to sit on and try out before we purchased the perfect set. Great prices and savings! Dara even made a fresh pot of pumpkin chai tea before I left with my treasures! ❤”
