“I had a damaged s23u screen and was able to get a service call to the house quickly. The screen he put in that was immediately available was defective but operational with the S pin. He let me keep the screen while they expedite ordered another screen overnight to the repair shop. Received the second screen next day and two months later no issues with quality or installation.

He helped me immediately, explained various options, suggested the best option, and explained why, and communicated thoroughly, the actions I would need to take the following month. Another customer walked in, about half way through our process, Miguel greeted him & asked him for time to complete our transaction. He showed me the screen protector I asked for and put it on the phone for me. He offered to set the iCloud up with me, but since my son already had an iCloud, I decided to wait. I asked if he could assist me with parental controls, & was willing to help me do that. Very friendly and prompt service here, they explain to you clearly what is needed and give you sensible pricing up front before starting a repair. They have the parts for the major phones in stock and complete the work just when they say they will, usually in about an hour. If you have a phone beyond economical repair they will be up front about it, and not try to upsell you things you don't need.
