“Amazing service at this store! The staff took great care of me when I came in to get a pair of dress pants. I expected the tailoring to take about a week, so I was pleasantly surprised when they called just a few hours later to let me know my pants were ready for pickup. The turnaround time and customer service were outstanding.
The only issue I experienced was when I came back to pick up my pants. A dog unexpectedly came out and repeatedly jumped on me until one of the employees was able to get it and take it to the back. Other than that, my experience was excellent, and I really appreciated the friendly, efficient service.”
“Great local business that used technology and the sizable expertise of their employees to find the best shoe for you. I have a size 12 extra wide and they were so good finding me the perfect pair. The price was better than Dicks where I stood in the shoe section for a half hour without being helped. 10/10.”

“They had an excellent selection of new merchandise, seasonal merchandise, and regular merchandise. However, many of the items were only available in a couple of sizes. Staff was not rude, but they did not speak to us while in the store. Pricing could have been better and they did not have any sales over Labor Day weekend when most places were running sales.”
“My wife and I visited here on Friday 8/16/24 as a planned rest stop on our way through this part of the country. Since it was back to school weekend, the owners were covering shifts and we got a chance to visit with them. This is a wonderful store with a great selection and a friendly atmosphere. “Visited this boutique with my sister while on vacation and can’t say enough great things about it, we wanted to buy the whole store! So many beautiful items at reasonable prices with the most helpful, friendly sales associates. One of the items I bought was a gorgeous bracelet stack and when one of the bracelets had come apart, the owner herself called me, ordered replacement options, sent me such options to pick from, and had it delivered to my home address beautifully wrapped in priority mail postage with a kind note! This customer service experience was above and beyond my expectations. I’d highly recommend anyone to shop here; I’m looking forward to it when I visit Chattanooga again!!”

“Wow! What an outstanding customer service experience I had on my first visit to this beautiful store! I ordered a coat online only to not receive it but the wrong item instead. It was a coat exclusively online. Kim went above and beyond to correct the situation! She called customer service and informed them what happened and initiated a refund for me. To top it off she called the Kimball store who happened to have the coat in my size from a return and she went and got the coat for me!!! Tell me who can top that level of service??
