First Financial Bank is a horrible bank. The management at this branch should be fired.. The branch manager is extremely rude and totally unhelpful. I don't think the bank will make it in Chattanooga. The Rossville branch is a little better (2 Stars). I can't imagine somebody choosing this as their primary bank.

This is the worst bank ever I been wait for over 2 weeks for my money now they have closed my account with out notify me which they still own me money ? I am very pissed off at this point
