Truist is a bank that puts the customer first. Customer service is excellent and the staff are very helpful, with employees showing great compassion and dedication. They work hard to overcome hurdles for clients, demonstrating genuine care. The transition for long-time clients has been smooth. For health and safety, some services are temporarily adjusted, including drive-thru only teller services and in-person visits by appointment only at some branches. The bank receives high recommendations from clients with both personal and business accounts.
Their customer service is awesome and they are always nice and helpful. You are treated with respect. It has been my bank for years( when it used to be SunTrust).
