Katie Henry was amazing! We’ve had issues before when getting a new phone but she made the experience so pleasant! She’s very knowledgeable and tech savvy so for those of us who are not, she was great! I highly recommended going to the Verizon store on Hwy 58 and ask for Katie!

Matt Truax was very helpful in setting up my phone I got at the gun barrell store that wasn't calling when they sent me out with it but Matt was able to get it working and make sure all my stuff was there! Thanks Matt.
