“We had a fantastic experience working with CT Travis at the Dayton Boulevard store while switching from AT&T to Verizon. We ran into some frustrating and unexpected issues getting our previous carrier to release the SIM, and CT helped us navigate the whole situation with expertise, patience, and an easygoing attitude.
The store was extraordinarily busy on a Sunday, with only two employees working, but CT never seemed rattled. Even while juggling multiple customers, he made everyone who came in feel welcome and cared for.
Once we finally got the SIM issue resolved, CT helped us complete the eSIM installation over the phone so we didn’t have to hang around the store any longer than necessary. That extra effort was really appreciated.
What could have been a genuinely miserable experience was made so much easier because of CT. His customer service was top notch from beginning to end. We’re glad we made the switch to Verizon, and even happier we got to work with CT!”

I reached out to the owner of this business and was able to trade my cracked and busted iPhone 15 and get a used iPhone 14 (in GREAT condition) for half of what the phone company was charging. “Miguel was absolutely amazing!! Such a polite, kind, & put together young man. Great at sales & great customer service! He helped me immediately, explained various options, suggested the best option, and explained why, and communicated thoroughly, the actions I would need to take the following month. Another customer walked in, about half way through our process, Miguel greeted him & asked him for time to complete our transaction. He showed me the screen protector I asked for and put it on the phone for me. He offered to set the iCloud up with me, but since my son already had an iCloud, I decided to wait. I asked if he could assist me with parental controls, & was willing to help me do that. They have the parts for the major phones in stock and complete the work just when they say they will, usually in about an hour. If you have a phone beyond economical repair they will be up front about it, and not try to upsell you things you don't need.
