“I had to come on here to give total and absolutely wild positive praise for these guys and the work they performed on my 2012 Toyota Sequoia. I was completely shocked when I arrived to pick up my car ... I almost didn't recognize it. I had a woman hit me from the rear side on the freeway, and the magic performed by Jackson's is incredible. You would never know it had been hit. It's incredible and I'm still in awe over it as I sit here typing this at work more than 12 hours later. Jackson's kept in contact and updated me steadily so I had no need to keep checking up - loved that lol. I also need to add that they will have my eternal gratitude and praise for the fantastic detailing they did to my car as part of their professional courtesy and kindness to their customers. Between 3 young grandkids, a messy dog and my messy self, my car unfortunately was a mess upon it's arrival at Jackson's. I was blown away when I got into the vehicle upon picking it up, it was like brand new !!!!!!! Having received this type of overall experience and service and the quality of repair (if you're reading this Jackson's) I will be taking my Sequoia back for front bumper damage repair incurred after I hit a woman that ran a red light. They got me in 10 days after the online estimate and started working on it immediately. I received an update that night and a completion date of 12/15 the next morning. Will update this as I move through the process.”

“Took my 02 Silverado here on a recommendation from a local dteail shop. Discussed a fair price and scheduled a time to drop off my truck. My truck was a work truck and needed some body repair (photos included) and I wanted a color change. It took Extreme about 10 days to finish the body work and paint. On the day of pick up the owner noticed some areas they just weren't happy with and immediately scheduled a time for me to bring it back in and correct the mistakes. Guys I'm telling you they did truck to perfection. I couldn't have asked them to do a more thorough and impressive job. It took them about two day to perfect this work and I have to say I highly recommend this place for their professionalism, their ethic, and their ability to provide a fair and reasonable price for a great product and service. I will definitely be bringing them more business.”

It would’ve been better if my car was left in a lot unattended, but you mean to tell me it was stolen from inside the garage? Definitely an inside job, I don’t believe in coincidences. How am I supposed to trust that my car will be fixed in the 3 week timeframe given, if you your employees aren’t even professional enough to prohibit theft. Oh & check this out, it happened during the day on a Saturday when this place is open.If this review gets deleted, I will continue to make other accounts & repost because what you all have done to me isn’t right, & people NEED to KNOW about this.”
