After a little confusion and misunderstanding, the towing service technician Chris came to the rescue. Chris was very thorough, timely and professional. In addition, he was a rather jovial fellow and made for an interesting conversation.

“Super nice people. I called several shops if they can order and fix excel sterling spring but they said it will take them 2 -3 days to get truck in and order parts. So i found this shop and called them to see if they can order parts and how long it will take. They told me parts can get here next day and we can work on a truck soon as parts will arrive. Parts arrived earlier then expected and they fixed it with no problem . Happy we chose this shop.”
“I have an old 2002 cougar. Has over 150,000 miles on it. It's been in two wrecks.I had a misfire. And one day I parked it.And the temperature got around 0°.It's sat in that cold for over a week without being started or ran.When I finally tried to start the car it cranked but would not start.After having it towed to ashworth automotive.He did a compression test and found the compression was low. And the spark plugs were soaked in gas and fouled out.Other mechanics told me that with the low compression my engine was doomed. I spoke to four or five different shops and mechanics.They all said replace the car or tear the engine apart only options.But Jerry at ashworth automotive, being an (old school mechanic) said he had a trick he might be able to save it and get me running again ?!But he informed me he could not guarantee it would work.I took the chance considering I could not afford a new vehicle at this time.The next day sure enough he called me back and said it's fired up and running.And after a couple of fixes like a broken intake air sensor wire and some new spark plugs, he said it was finished.It's sat over the weekend in the cold at his shop.I got there tried the car and it started immediately first turn fired right up.It drove smooth and like it should from there to my home.Obviously it's too soon to tell if the fix will remain good or not.But at this point it's running and running properly.I really appreciate him doing things that no other mechanic would do in order to keep me running.And everything he did was in a matter of like 4 days total.The price for everything came out to be less than what some other mechanics and shops were going to charge me.So I am personally satisfied thus far with the shop, and would definitely recommend it.”

We were in serious trouble and needed to move our friend. Tim was quick to respond and assess the situation correctly. He had the wisdom needed to get us free from our mess of a being quite stuff. So very thankful for his abilities and willingness to help us.”

“I have never had to use a towing service. Honda Roadside Assistance sent Bo’s Towing. Rob arrive in about 7 minutes from the time I hung up the phone. He tried to jump the car but it wouldn’t start. He said he was making a quick drop at a dealership & they would probably send him back. After I called Honda back, Rob was back in about 10 minutes. The service was fabulous. Rob was so polite. I truly appreciated their fast service. If I ever need a tow truck again, I will definitely use them.”
