I came into the store because after several years with the same phone model, it was definitely time for an upgrade. I told her about the issue and what was happening with losing mobile data service, regardless of being up to date on payment, and, I gave her my budget and she immediately had three options in her hands for me to explore.
She is patient and kind and super knowledgeable about the best rates.
I, personally, decided to stay with Metro PCS because of its consistency and the ability to have all of the amenities and features without a contract.

He went above and beyond with finding solutions and explaining everything step by step. Making awesome recommendations that was suitable for my family. 10 out of 10 experience. **What took 3days and hours with online rep that wasn't successful with completing what was supposed to be done with my account.** Andrew did it under an hour. I purchased a kids watch and a few small items and they helped me set everything up and spent time with me to make sure everything was right and I knew what I was doing before I left. There was no wait in the store and I definitely will be returning!”

Absolutely will not go anywhere else! Thanks Stephanie! However, today I took a Dewalt wet/dry vacuum in to pawn, had all intentions of returning to get it and the woman I spoke with, not Stephanie, was extremely sarcastic, said it had to have a battery and charger, which if anyone knows Dewalt products knows they are all sold separately. Wouldn't let me get another word in and basically cut me off. Apparently not as knowledge of products as Stephanie was. My emotions are definitely mixed on this location.”

“Roger Huntley provides excellent customer service at the T-Mobile store on Wilma Rudolph Blvd in Clarksville. He explained Protection 360 when I did not fully understand it. I wasn’t sure at first, but he encouraged me without pressure and let me think it over. Due to a complicated situation, I could not get back to the store for him to finish the sale in person, but he still deserves the credit. He was patient, respectful, and easy to work with. Ask for Roger.”

“Great people to rent from I love Andrea and Phyllis they both are always so pleasant with me I er the phone and Phyllis in person was very helpful when I was purchasing things. I can't say anything bad about any of them from the store staff to their delivery men everyone has been really good to me. I left bolin rental purchase after many years of service to come to Aaron's after the manager at bolins tried to rip me off and even tried to fight me. I'm so glad I have Aarons a try it's way better at Aarons. Yes you may have to wait if something isn't in stock but it's not long before you get it I'd rather wait then to be treated badly and what I love about Aaron's everything is new unless you just want something pre leased. I love my LG stove and my portable dishwasher I got from them and plan to get more items from them.”
