“I was having a horrible experience with AT&T online. 2 customer support agents could not help us with a SIM card issue, when all we asked is if our insurance covered this issue. Instead they kept on trying to sell us a new device. After almost 2 hours chatting with support they sent us to the store. I got to tell you had real low expectations. Thankfully, those expectations were raised well above the bar. This store had an incredibly attentive staff who diagnosed and fixed the issue in literal seconds. No physical fix required, all done over the air, that AT&T proper could not. I got the best experience in a year of crappy AT&T service from a 3rd party reseller. This company should run all of AT&T. We would all be better for it.”
