“Just be clear and make sure that your customers know if you bring something back after hours you need to check it in with the app. I wasn't told and was charged an extra $20 for a service charge. But I called where I rented from talked to them letting them know I wasn't informed about that and they are gonna refund that extra charge. Great customer service”

“Amazing company, great staff. Only missing an online payer system. Myabe make a Venmo or Zella that direct pays an account or PayPal. No need to charge extra for CC or EFT.”
