Was ready to swear off uhaul forever but Gary at A1 turned the whole day and relationship around. If you need a uhaul or storage in the area go with Gary and A1 before any other location and avoid the Wilma Rudolph location at all costs.”

“Everything was great with this rental. The truck they gave me was brand new, had less than 5000 miles. The reason they got four stars is I tried to do an after hours return. The key box slots were to small and didn't fit the truck keys. I had to leave the truck there and come back with the keys.”

“Very professional and awesome customer service. Rented a truck at the last minute at another location. They didn't have it so they reserved it here. Showed up and the reservation was not logged in. However they fixed it got me a truck that day and discounted me due to the confusion. Will definitely being returning this week again to rent a truck.Highly recommend this penske.”

“I originally made a reservation for a one-way rental from this location through the website and the quote I was provided was around $150. I got there to pick up the rental and the lady who is the manager there changed my reservation to an in-town rental. She had already taken close to 45 minutes to get the reservation completed and I didn't have the time to argue with her about it so I just let it go. Instead of it costing me $150, it ended up costing me $227.89, but again, I didn't have the time or energy to argue about it. I got an email for a survey and submitted the survey and simply said that because of this service, I would not recommend this location to a friend (a price increase of over 150% of what I'd originally been told it would cost is a good reason, right??). The manager just called me and wanted to know why I wouldn't recommend her UHaul services. I first told her I wasn't comfortable talking with her about it but she kept pushing. I told her the above information and she wanted to argue with me about it! I told her again that she could have her manager reach out to me to discuss it because I wasn't comfortable talking to her about it and she got argumentative! She told me she was the manager and she wanted to know why. She insisted a one-way trip would have cost me more and I told her again that the reservation quoted me around $150. She has been extremely nice but now I feel like I'm being harassed because I gave an honest review of this location.”

“I visited this Penske site in October prior to my move out of state. Marco (?) was very helpful and knowledgable. I eventually rented from the International Blvd site only because my friend lived closer to that one and it was a more convenient location, otherwise I would've rented from this Penske because the customer service was great!”

“Long story short...our truck was in the shop for a few weeks. Enterprise in Clarksville set us up with a RAM nice but we had a camping trip with family coming up & we didn't want to miss it. The RAM we had didn't have towing capability for our nearly 40 ft camper & didn't even have a Hitch. Contacted ENTERPRISE TRUCKS in Clarksville, they hooked us up!! The 2nd RAM Truck was a 2500 Diesel with a hitch and a reducer! Thanks to Nicholas Yarbrough who answered all my phone calls, questions & found us a perfect 4x4 truck! Thank you to Ashley Dermody going above the norm and helping us through the process of turning in one RAM truck for the other RAM truck with our insurance on the phone! Camping & seeing family in KY & IN are on schedule! Can't thank Nick & Ashley enough!!!”

“I moved here from Omaha Ne and I'm about to turn my box truck back in. the people that work at these establishments are Nice and help you as well as possible. there are complications with renting online tho, the reflection of what they should have as apose to what they do have is a bit off. They need to fix that but that a U haul problem all around and don't see why this place shouldn't get a higher rating”
