“I’ve been going to Express Oil Change for years now and have always had a wonderful experience! Tommy did an exceptional job and went above and beyond! He was very personable. He cleaned my front window and topped off my window washing fluid. It meant so much that he went out of his way to make sure my vehicle was taken care of. Most places don’t care to do extra and want you in and out, but even doing the extra little things really means a lot to me.”

837 Callen Lane Northwest, Cleveland TN 37312
“It was my first time at this location and the employees were very kind and welcoming at every step. It happened to be customer appreciation day and the gentleman offered me a water when I pulled up and kindly directed me into the correct lane. I waited no longer than 60 seconds before I was greeted and directed and everyone was efficient and respectful with each other. They worked quickly to service my vehicle and wished me a pleasant day. Highly recommended”

“Nate’s Automotive took great care of my Buick. As a woman with limited car knowledge and bad experiences with mechanics in the past, I am always intimidated and wary of getting my car fixed. put my anxiety to rest. He helped inform me exactly what was happening to my car and exactly how he fixed it. The prices were more than fair. His staff were competent and respectful. He also had a phenomenal turn around time. He is definitely my go-to from here on out!!”

“Our tire nearly came off (one lug nut holding it in place). We didn't know him, he didn't know us. But we happened to pull in behind his business and he came and helped us out. Thank you Marvin. You were so nice and didnt think twice about turning us down! I recommend going here for sure! Marvin, again. Thank you!”

“Shoutout to Tim, he was so kind and easy to talk to, it made me feel much less anxious. He squeezed me in 30 minutes before closing and was very speedy. He also cleaned the inside of my tires with the tire balancing! He was knowledgeable and caught an issue that others hadn't previously. Overall very happy with the experience!”
