“This is the best home improvement store in Cleveland, and it's not close. The prices and selection are comparable with Lowe's. Where it stands out is in customer service. It can be a hassle to find someone to help at the other stores, but HD always has associates walking around looking for someone to help. Not just that, but they hire people (or train them) who are actually knowledgeable in different specialties! Ask a question and you will get a quality answer. It's fantastic. The people at the registers and returns desks are also very pleasant and helpful. The employee culture and training here are clearly on a different level. Keep it up!”
“We came to get a lawn mower and coby was great on helping us and when we came back with trailer Darrius was awesome helping us push it on our trailer since it was out of gas.Helpers like that are special .”

“The staff is very polite and the dog food is very reasonable. Other prices are not at all competitive I put back 4 items, because I could save about 35 dollars getting the items at other locations, primer, spray paint, master locks and small soldering kit.”
