The Customer Service Representative-Alex walked back over to the delivery zone for the bulk products by the Garden Center with me because he knew they had staff scheduled for that area. He couldn't find the staff that was suppose to be stationed there, so, he called/text them with his device. He didn't make me wait until they showed up. He began to load the mulch himself. I was disappointed that I didn't have the good experience that I had last time I had gotten mulch from Lowes. However, this employee made up for it by the way he handled the situation. “Just finish a DIY install of the edco slate that turned out beyone expectation. The fit and finish of the shinges was great. I expected a bit of acumulated error due to the locking system but got almost none. Would recommend some minimal sheet metal skills, but can be done by a skilled amateur. Customer service was great also.”
