“I experienced an issue with my fiber cable being destroyed by my kitten. One quick call and I was connected with customer service who was very friendly and on point. They instantly scheduled a technician to come out same day. Andrew, the technician who arrived, was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to correct the whole installation of my cable from the outside of my house to the inside. He took all the extra steps possible. He mouted my modem and used clips to mount my fiber to the wall to prevent the issue from happening again. I was very pleased with the work he did. The job was neatly done and very impressive. Andrew is by far one of the top technicians I have ever came across. 10/10 satisfied with the whole process. I couldn't have asked Andrew for more because he did it without asking. Spectrum internet will always be my internet provider.”
“Update... I call BS! If your a Metro PCS customer for over a decade, always pay your bill etc... and your Phone becomes old... no longer supported apps, dies. You have to buy a new phone. The lady that provided service was nice but as an employee could do nothing special for me.
