“Miguel was absolutely amazing!! Such a polite, kind, & put together young man. Great at sales & great customer service! He helped me immediately, explained various options, suggested the best option, and explained why, and communicated thoroughly, the actions I would need to take the following month. Another customer walked in, about half way through our process, Miguel greeted him & asked him for time to complete our transaction. He showed me the screen protector I asked for and put it on the phone for me. He offered to set the iCloud up with me, but since my son already had an iCloud, I decided to wait. I asked if he could assist me with parental controls, & was willing to help me do that. I asked how long would it take, he told me 15 mins, and I told him “no since you have someone else waiting…” Miguel said, “ma’am I don’t mind at all, you are the customer, so I’ll do whatever I need to assist you until we’re done.” He was a complete delight! It didn't seem to matter to these stores that we had been Boost Mobile customers for 5 and a half years. The store representative, at this location, by the name of Sean (Shawn) was very helpful to us and gave suggestions on how to resolve our problem. “I got help from Renee and EJ. From what I understand, they were transferred to this location from another store in Signal Mountain recently. They were the friendliest people and their customer service was top tier. I was looking to replace a business phone and they helped me decide what was right for my business without salesman pressure, one of my pet peeves. I explained to them that I needed a replacement phone that I would use to tether my POS for my food truck. Renee helped me understand all of my options and gave her recommendations and even helped me fill out the rebate before I left the store so there was nothing for me to worry about. Both EJ and Renee are very knowledgeable and were able to answer every question I had with confidence. If you want repeat customers that spread a good word about your business, take note, these are the type of people you need to hire.”
