“Would give 10 stars if possible. Jailin is my rep for the store, and I must say within my 10+ years of dealing with phone companies it’s extremely rare to have a store location not only have professional team members but also have REAL priority service and affordable prices (t mobile has its own towers + starlink). I came to Jalin with pretty complex issues from other carriers within my company and he rolled them out smooth as butter not to mention he also stayed an hour after work just to get my company signed up on a plan so that we had zero Down time the following business day. Jalin is more than a team member, he is an asset to T-mobile.

“Miguel was absolutely amazing!! Such a polite, kind, & put together young man. Great at sales & great customer service! He helped me immediately, explained various options, suggested the best option, and explained why, and communicated thoroughly, the actions I would need to take the following month. Another customer walked in, about half way through our process, Miguel greeted him & asked him for time to complete our transaction. He showed me the screen protector I asked for and put it on the phone for me. He offered to set the iCloud up with me, but since my son already had an iCloud, I decided to wait. I asked if he could assist me with parental controls, & was willing to help me do that. I asked how long would it take, he told me 15 mins, and I told him “no since you have someone else waiting…” Miguel said, “ma’am I don’t mind at all, you are the customer, so I’ll do whatever I need to assist you until we’re done.” He was a complete delight! It didn't seem to matter to these stores that we had been Boost Mobile customers for 5 and a half years.
