“My wife and I purchased a 1000 gallon poly stock tank. We went out and looked at it, and it had been sitting out for a while, which made it dirty and hard to really be able to inspect thoroughly. They were awesome to work with, and even delivered it to my house in Oak Ridge.
When they delivered it, they were helpful and nice. After they left, my wife started washing it out, and noticed a rip in the side and a deep scrape in the bottom. I called the store, and was immediately relieved when they said they would purchase a new one, drop it off, and take the damaged one off.
They communicated well with me during the process of getting the new one in, as well as the delivery.
2 weeks later, I now have my new stock tank! They even took it around to the back of my home, and put it in the place I wanted.
From my first step into the store, to the damaged product call, they were welcoming and helpful.
All I can say is well done.”
