“I have been at Metro twice in the last 6 months and Shae has helped me both times. She knew exactly how to fix my problems. She was honest and she didn't try to pressure me into getting a new phone. When I need one Shae is the only one I want to deal with, unless she recommends someone else. I treasure honesty and I have found it with her. I just hope she stays in the Oak Ridge Metro store. I have been dealing with them for years now, but Shae is the best.”

Upgrading phones can be quite a task sometimes BUT May really made the entire process smooth and seamless. She could also probably tell you the verbiage on the contracts without looking.
