“I have been at Metro twice in the last 6 months and Shae has helped me both times. She knew exactly how to fix my problems. She was honest and she didn't try to pressure me into getting a new phone. When I need one Shae is the only one I want to deal with, unless she recommends someone else. I treasure honesty and I have found it with her. I just hope she stays in the Oak Ridge Metro store. I have been dealing with them for years now, but Shae is the best.”

Up until 3 or 4 months ago, our salesperson Amanda vanished from her store. Did she quit? She is, by far the most knowledgeable and helpful phone person we've ever had. If she did quit y'all need to hire her back immediately!”
“Came in to upgrade with my son today. Best experience ever. May was extremely knowledgeable and super helpful! Upgrading phones can be quite a task sometimes BUT May really made the entire process smooth and seamless. She could also probably tell you the verbiage on the contracts without looking. Employees like that are 10/10 and make the customers really feel taken care of!!”

The worker was back very quickly. She was very very helpful and really nice. I got everything I needed from her and she solved the issue I had! Therefore I changed the 3stars to 5! Great job cricket.
Every single time I come to the Oakridge store there is a sign on the door saying be back. This is at LEAST the 4th time, so I made sure to get a picture.”
