So happy to have found a thrift store built on a solid mission and morals instead of greed! I will only donate my stuff here going forward”

Watched this place grow, and even with change in ownership and name, it's still the best affordable Thrift store I've been to. One thing that astounds me is the involvement in the community that I have volunteered to help when I can.”

“I absolutely love going into this store. It is always so organized and every single person there has always been soooooo kind except for recently. The new assistant manager has absolutely NO custer service skills at all. She was rude to at checkout and every since then (I usually am going in there about 3 times a week and purchase 2 arm loads of stuff. Lol)she has not ever spoken to me. Usually you are greeted when you go in by at least one of the ladies. Not to mention she is just rude in how she directs people to things when they ask a question. In my opinion, she is a bad look for Goodwill and what it stands for. I love it there though!! 🩷🩷🩷”

“I won a globe on the shop goodwill auction site and didnt realize i needed to set up an appt to pick it up. I explained to the gentleman in charge and he was so very nice about it. He retrieved the globe and i was on my way in less than 5 minutes. Exceptional customer service is rare these days and that is what i recieved from him. Thank you so much for your understanding sir, you are an asset to the goodwill for sure.”
“All employees were so kind and helpful! They helped me try to fit the shelving unit I purchased into my little Corolla, and when we discovered it didn't fit, they grabbed several screwdrivers and disassembled it for me! The store is well taken care of, organized, and has incredible prices for quality products!”
“A bit pricey for donations but the store and items stocked are clean and organized. And always a large selection of items, from clothing to household items. The staff are always friendly and willing to help find items whenever I'm looking for something specific. Overall, fairly decent.”

KARM is a wonderful organization staffed by loving caring people who fulfill God's instructions to love one another and care for the less fortunate.
Yes the prices are higher than a flea market because it is a MINISTRY providing shelter, food, health care, education, rehabilitation and placement for homeless and domestic violence victims.
Please review their website and consider the greater good before leaving selfish nasty reviews here on google maps.
If you feel the prices are beyond your budget, please know that item prices often do get reduced the longer they linger in the store and there are many other places like flea markets, garage and yard sales that you may find prices more to your liking without lambasting KARM here.”

“Me and my family shops here a couple times a weeks very good selection of clothing, very organized and clean not to mention the prices are very good on all items. We have always loved to come in here and look at all the furniture of course we always send around 100-150 everytime we shop here. But also wanted to say hands down to the manager and her assistant who has been at the store open to close all week do to being short staffed and them 2 has still managed to get product out and run a good business and be very polite with a big smile on there faces. Them 2 are a 10+ in our eyes please let them know they so an amazing job and to keep up all the hard work they do it does not go unseen.”
