KARM Stores is a thrift store dedicated to breaking the cycle of homelessness in East Tennessee. The store is decorated nicely and clean, offering a wide variety of items such as furniture, household goods, clothing, and collectibles. However, the pricing of the items has been a concern for some customers, as they feel the prices are more retail-oriented than typical thrift store offerings. While the front associates were not helpful when a customer had an issue with locked keys, a crew member named Jacob quickly assisted in finding a solution. Overall, KARM Stores aims to support critical programs at Knox Area Rescue Ministries to help achieve sustainable living and a restored life in Christ through the donations and purchases made at their thrift store.
Prices a little high for a thrift store. There is a wheelchair available for those that need it, though it does not have any foot pedals.

They have great donations but they price it way too high. Not a fan! I don’t mind paying a reasonable price but they price used items at new prices.

There prices are getting absolutely ridiculous.... and I'm sorry but a lot of the clothing they choose to keep look very used. And to be charging that high on items that were giving to them
